We have accredited counsellors and psychotherapists and chartered psychologists based in several areas in East Sussex.
We offer
- Short term counselling 6-10 sessions
- CBT
- EMDR for PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder)
- Alcohol and substance use counselling
- Long term Psychotherapy for more entrenched problems
